Baby-led Sleep Interventions

Baby-led sleep interventions are incremental approaches to teaching a baby new sleep experiences. These approaches focus on minimizing crying, but typically take longer than parent-led interventions.

Parent-led Sleep Interventions

Parent-led sleep interventions are approaches that involve parents making an immediate change to a child's sleep experience. These approaches are typically faster than baby-led approaches but often result in crying because your child will not understand why you are changing the way you do things. We cover many of these in our sleep training class. There are more approaches than those listed and we will add to the list as we write new blogs. The approaches are listed from most to least interactive.
