This phone-based sleep consult includes time to fully discuss all aspects of night sleep or day sleep problems, and is appropriate for caregivers who would like either parent-led or baby-led approaches to solving problems. Two follow-up emails within 2 weeks of initial consult are included in this appointment.

SLEEP CLASS FOR BABIES 6-15 mos.

This online video series will teach you how to prepare for and implement a customized, parent-led, nighttime sleep training plan for you and your baby. The class includes an extensive companion workbook and several options for sleep training to include a variety of parenting styles and baby temperaments.
POST CLASS OR CONSULT
30 minutes @ $135.00
This phone-based sleep consult is only for caregivers who have taken our 2-part online sleep class OR have recently had a sleep consult. Together, we will review the sleep plan you created based on the sleep class or your time spent in a consult, and fine-tune any additional details you may need help with.
WHAT'S THE PROCESS?
Clicking on any of the “Schedule Phone Consult” links on our site will take you to our brand new appointment platform where you can choose the type of consult you need, view pricing, call descriptions, and options, and then select the consultant, date, time, and even time zone that works best for you.
During the reservation process you'll be prompted to complete an extensive intake form online. The information you provide on this secure form helps us get to know your baby and family ahead of time, allowing us to make the absolute best use of time during your call. It's okay if you don't have time to complete the intake form while scheduling your reservation. You can always log back in and finish it at another time before your consult.
After confirming your appointment, you will receive an email containing a pre-consult information sheet about infant and child sleep. We ask you to read this information sheet carefully before your call.
In the same email mentioned above, we will provide you with the conference dial-in information and your consultant’s email address. You will meet your consultant on her conference line at your scheduled appointment time—babies and pajamas welcome!
*Don't forget to have some note taking materials ready so you can jot some things down during your call.
During your call, your consultant will walk you through specific steps you may take to solve your child’s sleep problem(s). She will always give you options so that you can make the desired sleep improvements in a way that feels comfortable to you.
